Guided Imagery


Guided Imagery is where you have a series or program of directed words and thought guiding you and your imagination into a relaxed state and more focused state of mind.

The premise of Guided imagery is based upon the theory that your mind and body are connected.  By engaging the five senses your body will respond to what you are creating by your imagination as though it was real, like mental rehearsals.

Guided Imagery can ease stress and promote relaxation
